Lack of sleep/ sloth
99 percent of the time it's bacteria related and nothing to worry about

I'd rather give the people the benefit of the doubt that they were looking for specific reasons for questions like yawning (only theories have been made not actual concrete evidence), rather than assuming I live in a world of idiots
