i saw hzrdous on and noticed he had no gear, he said he was scammed. something fishy is going on here

Just contact support and see what they can do and if it was a baught character then you won't have much luck

That was me you talked to. I only had bound and no trade items besides a golden trident I just purchased. But I really hope this can be resolved as fast as possible.

Yes if u can get on the acc the char was on and sent a ingame ticket askin them tomrestore him
