I had an mailing issue on September 30th glitch bug not sure did not get items from one character to another. I sent response to support like 8 times now and all I got was the first few days was one line answer that explained nothing. Can someone check logs and get back to me I am on Donn server. thx much --- You should be able to look up from this account. I want a response and wondering why it would take 16 days to resolve nothing.

If you think they havent dealt with your problem effectively try using the in game support tool again, putting the send date of the original message at the top of the message as to get your issue hopefully bumped back up.

Sorry, due to a few issues there's a back up on tickets, appeals and emails but we're working through them as quickly as possible >_<

You said you sent msgs or responds 8 times? That could be another reason why it's taking longer. The more tickets on same issue the longer it may take to read em all.
