For Christians I would say no because God created us in his own image, and special. The Bible talked about the earth, and how he made the creatures only on the earth, and it was good. The armagedeon says nothing about other planets so I doubt we will have man live on the moon etc.

Although, the Bible doesn't mention everything. So here comes my imaginative mind comes into play.


Some sort of Area 51 (Not actually Area 51 because thats just stupid) but a secret research laboratory that has put man on far far far away planets that they finally found could support a life form. They have quite a large society that was started long long time ago (say two hundred years ago) and have been hiding it from the public's knowledge.

I would believe that.

OR:

There is aliens on another planet, intelligent, but they are not real people, but are demons, that visit earth to deceive us all.

The "Christian" take on life goes much much deeper than that. I wouldn't do it justice by attempting to explain it...especially on a gaming forum. Thankfully there are ample sources available for such references. Choose wisely young panda.

I'm still gonna stick with there is no chance of humans meeting intelligent aliens.

I do very strongly believe that there is an intelligent lifeform or society out there besides humans.
Thats my dream job too. to pursue a career in science that deals with either physics or astronomy. It's not the crazy TV shows that convince me, it's other planets properties. Who says that the lifeforms require oxygen or even all of the organs we have? It's not only that I believe that they are out there, it's that i truly HOPE they are.
It can't just be us, right?

It is very possible to have another deminsion

if there are aliens out there, they wont be spending the time to get from their planet to earth. there might be other intelligent lifeforms just like us somewhere out there, and considering the infinity of space it's likely. There might even be "aliens" looking for foreign life as we type

I think the chance of alien lifeforms existing is highly likely. Who knows if they are of an equal or superior intelligence but due to the unimaginable vastness of the universe it is quite narrow minded to say there is no chance of life beyond Earth. The chance that they are anywhere close by is probably quite small because we may have detected them, unless they are just really good at hiding.

Seeing as the Earth is an estimated 4.5 Billion years old and the Universe is estimated at 13.7 Billion there will be millions of planets and stars out there that will have been formed and died long before our planet came along, a lot can happen in 9.2 Billion years . If a planet evolved life even 100,000 years ahead of us, can you imagine at what level of technology that the species would be at? Now imagine they are 1 Billion years ahead and things get interesting

The chance of life elsewhere is quite high. Though the chance that they even care or pay attention to us is probably small. Do you often pay much attention to an ant hill as you walk past?

My friend Rachael told me they landed in Scotland in 2011 and threatened OTM staff with lasers and stun guns and made them hand over all the camo charms and invis pots, and we just cant see them now, no wait, thats not right, dont worry...Dexxa are you a scientist? I like ants too btw, in school my science teacher said they had three body parts and 6 legs. Imagine that lol. She smelt like off cucumbers though, so i dont know if she was even telling the truth, gosh i need sleep.

I think yes: there are almost definitely aliens, whether they be demons, dragons, a variant form of humans whatever, that there are aliens.
However, judging by how big we estimate the *observable* universe to be, i doubt we will come in contact with them often

To whoever said that there were probably aliens, but they were single celled bacteria, thats most likely true and not true. If aliens are real, then there are probably some alien worlds consisting of only single celled bacteria, but at the same time, theres probably alien civilizations way more advanced than us. And as to what Dexxa says, i also think that they wouldnt pay attention to (if theyre more advanced) less evolved society, unless it was for the purpose of intergalactic credits or whatever form of money they would use.
