Celtic Heroes

Factory reset phone. Reinstalled game. It loads up, and I select to sign-in. I see a ghosted screen of where I could entered user name and password...then crash. Google play crash report.

Wondering were you ever able log in without the ghost like screen or crashing

Try uninstalling and reinstalling.
also list your device name/build/os for OTM
incase this doesn't work and it's a compatability issue

Uninstall game, go to playstore in apps, clear cache and data,power off phone and power on again(sometimes needs doing to pick up on play store again, then reinstall game and try again

^^as he says you'll be clearing your cache fairly often on many devices, to do so
Go to your settings app
Select applications/application manager
Select Celtic Heroes (towards the top of the list)
Scroll down and click clear cache
It may ask you for a confirmation so just accept
Give it a sec or 2 then try to log in again.
