Hopefully this will be the last time I have to inform support of my uncomfortable situation in game:

I was in-trade with a player names Kasey Finley in which they put in a fairly large of money in exchange for my Elder Phoenix Glider. It could clearly be seen and after we both accepted trade, and after being forced to crash and log back on there was no money in my inventory. Kasey Finley had somehow disguised the money they offered in trade as 0g. After contacting support in game and mailing support I received an email a few days later telling me that support would look into it and a message in-game saying that Kasey Finleys account was blocked and later Kasey Finley posted in forums @http://celtic-heroes.com/forum/viewtopi ... 20&t=64338 saying,
My account was disabled I want to no if I can get it back I spent over 100$ on this game and I really enjoy this game one of the best I played on iOS loved it but all I did was scam one glider and I got banned please reply my name is Kasey finley.
Notice that they admitted scamming one glider, my glider and I would have thought that support would have looked further into this to see that the money was fake and that I was really scammed.

I contacted support in-game again after a week and a half and this is the response I was told that,
All trades between players are final. Do not lend items to other players, by trading an item to another player you agree to give them that item.
You are confused. I did not lend any items to Kasey Finley and DID NOT agree to give them my phoenix glider free of charge.
Support cannot get involved in any trades between players. Support will not return any gold or items traded between players under any circumstances. Support.
I'm very disappointed in the way support has dealt with this situation. I would think support would have tried to find out how Kasey did this by looking deeper into this predicament. Due to the lack of "Support" I feel unwanted and uncared for, that my voice isn't heard. This is the fourth major time I have cried for help, surely by now you would understand that this is not made up. There really is nothing support can do for me apart from Black Kasey Finley's account?

Even tho it says "Under any circumstances" I do believe you should of got glider back

If fake gold was still register which it probably was as support banned the account, then it wasn't really an agreement of a glider for "0" gold.

exactly why I'm here... they responded with a "no means no"...
That's just frustrating to me under these circumstances.
I'm well aware this is a ftp mmo.
The fact that he buys plat means he is still a paying customer and as such is paying for his as well as many others service, yet we cannot spare some time for an individual?
I (Huge plat buyer btw) won't be buying any plat until this is at least reviewed in detail. Double Triple or Quadruple plat won't change my mind.

I want to know OTM thoughts on this.

It's not the usual case of lent items, switching or similar names which OTM has warned on forums. Also those trades are full agreement on all conditions unlike this case.


The account is banned with glider on, no one else loses anything at all or no mix up. If account needs be unbanned which it shouldn't then generate a new glider and refund via mail like how they return dropped items.

I have had this happen in iOS before, although it was only 5k. It seems to be a very rare bug in trades, it takes their money too.

I have had this happen in iOS before, although it was only 5k. It seems to be a very rare bug in trades, it takes their money too.

but in this case it's no bug... even the scammer admitted later she "had the 2.4mil" after the event and was looking to buy more stuff...

Hi,

We have looked into this issue in more detail and have seen that the trade was unfair due to a glitch.
Therefore the items have now been returned to both of the affected players.

Sorry for the confusion caused in this instance. I ask if you have further issues with a choice that the support team has made that you PM me directly.
