In regards to the player threatening another - this player did indeed receive a warning for his behavior. Any and all threats are looked into by the support team, it goes on in the back ground though as we cannot disccuss the actions taken on other peoples accounts most of the time.
In regards to the resetting ect - this is a known issue and will be addressed in the update to the new engine. Support/Community's job is to help with player issues and to report bugs that crop up. We do not have the ability to fix those bugs though. Please remember this when writing into support
