As previous posts have stated, you need to wait for support to respond. If you sent the email to [email protected], all you can do now is wait. It can usually take up to 2 weeks for support to check claims, but it may take even longer seeing as everybody is busy working on the new engine. Please be patient.

Hi 007rogue. I have answered your tickets in the game about this issue already.

I appreciate that losing 1 million gold is a major loss, however only the player is in control of what they are trading and it is their responsibility to check what they are trading to other players. Before a trade is confirmed there are several opportunities for you to make sure you are happy with what you are agreeing to, you should never rush a trade.

Unfortunately we are unable to return any item that has been traded because you have agreed to send it to the other player.
