Focus = More energy + higher skills dmg/debuff/buff
Fire/Ice magic = A bit more dmg/debuff/buff to fire/ice based skills, accuracy to fire/ice dmg/debuff skills.

Its good to have good focus but u must have vit at a certain amount that is enough for u, the rest should be in focus. U can have a lot in it, as a lvl 115 mage i have 1k focus.

Both your corresponding ability and stat for that skill will make them more powerful.
