Mages --> Skill energy cost reductions, or huge boost in energy boost/sacrifice. Fire bolt insta-cast.

Druids --> Skill energy cost reductions, or huge buff in energy harvest. Lightning strike insta-cast.

Warriors --> Seem fine IMO.

Rogues --> Shadowstrike 1 second cast time. Make rend do poison damage over time, with small decrease in damage.

Rangers --> Sharp shot based on strength, or deals poison damage. Barbed shot poison damage over time.
Sharp shot should be Str but also instacast without interrupting auto, like a ranged quick strike. Imo it should be pierce still of it's str based, poison would be too good. Otherwise this is solid
Good but no need to nerf shadowstrike to 1 second. Rather than take away things it's better to add them. To stop rogues dominating all bosses they should tailored to require different classes to win.

For example make a boss tough but weak against crush damage, or fire/ice, or weak against specific skills such as to even out the classes.

Because with one exception its rogue rogue and rogue that dominates all.

Id also add auto skill use for mages and druids because it's just not fair how auto attack benefits only mele classes.

It's a good start.

Warriors need shield bash to do massive damage.
Mages AoE spells should be unevadable.
Druid roots should be AoE.
Rogues need a stun.

Buffs:

Mages- skills to keep mobs away, increasing survivability. Buff energy boost.
Druids- Buff energy harvest by a lot. More energy regen skills.
Rogues- Good as-is, maybe just a little better defence to help with survivability? Nothing crazy though.
Warriors- A faster weapon and the ability to cast rupture with any weapon. Nothing crazy though.

Nerfs:

NONE! NO! NADA! ZILCH!

Agree with all except rogue stun.

They shouldn't tamper with rogues imo. CH has a huge rogue population which will obviously be upset if a nerf happens, and to be honest they don't really require another skill.

Swan has also stated many good examples of why AoE caster skills should be unevadable. This has to be looked at. Rangers can have a DEX and STR based sharpshot skill which is really insta cast. The animation needs to be cut down.

These are very easy changes and classes can easily be balanced by this. OTM needs to bookmark.

with recent boss designs, changing a rogue skill to poison is a nerf. i would rather have it stay str, but coupled with poison weapon as a "combo skill" where if you cast poison first the dot changes

Give all classes a support or dps skill tree to choose from. All classes have the potential to compete for 'the kill' on bosses depending on gear.
Rangers: decrease energy to cast barbed shot and explosive arrow. Make barbed shot "poison arrow" with 50% damage boost. 30% damage boost on sharp shot, 50% damage boost on explosive arrow. Remove or significantly buff defensive spikes.
Mages: Minor buff to all damage skills, fix energy issues somehow. Reduce attunement cooldown time
Druid: Minor damage buff, fix energy issues
Warriors: Add dl armor variant for dps build
Rogue: Put cast time on shadowstrike, there's no reason for it to be so fast when they already have quick strike. Make rogues more sneak oriented rather than all out dps.
