Heh my brother mailed me stuff that disappeared in the mail which led to this issue. A fiery axe of triumph, every piece except his helmet for his opal battlemist armour, his opal battlemist axe, and his ancient pheonix glider all disappeared when he mailed me. I also lost s midnight flute of spiders recently when mailing from my druid to my rogue. Thx for posting to help out bro.

Send an in game support ticket of the list of items missing as you did here along with the brother's in game name. A time frame or date it happened might help also. They will look into it.

On the druid to rogue part their names and the item traded.

PS it's best to write the ticket on the character which had the issue.
