That's funny, because as is it is impossible to have a minute long rapid shot. As well as a maxed ss and qs get easiest lock... Also, people decide to use this on different skills, points don't go into rapid for every ranger.

Then choose a dps skill that suits what you want. Not every rogue may use sneaky(even though it kicks ass). Not every warrior uses shatter(even though it kicks ass). Not every druid uses vines(even though they kick ass). It is your fault for not changing your build to maximize your dps.

Rangers aren't at too big of a disadvantage. On my server from what I've seen end game Rangers hit 1.5k-2k. Honestly I would sacrifice some skills to have an auto as high that.

That is quite true, but one of the reasons ppl might not compare both skills is that rogue wont use Hide, rogues have large variety of skills to maximize their dps while rangers dont and sometimes use camo.

Also, only one comment really bothered me :

Maybe instead of complaining about the damage difference, you should realize that 'Rogue' and 'Ranger' are two different things... Rogues are meant to have the best Dps. That's a given.. And when you talk about how 'hard' rangers are hit with bad skills, I don't see any rogues that have a bolas, light heal, camo or entangle... They are two seperate classes, why would you even want the same dps? If you want the dps of a rogue, make a rogue maybe.. Sorry but this post made no sense, you can't compare two classes that are completely different that have different skills and build types

Shows that some rogues are arrogant. Thats far from being given, because out of the 3 years this game exists for, most of time rogues werent top DPS, so its not so given, its again showing how ppl jumped on taking the 'crown' or the title of 'dps kings' in the second they could, although im pretty sure that all veteran rogues know that its false.

Last thing, most ppl here say 'the game should not be plat oriented', then they come and say that rangers are balanced to rogues cus of haste elixirs, IMO really the players are a big reason why this game has many flaws, each player wants the game to be done in his own way for his own convenience that whatever is an issue in what thing isnt an issue in another thing.

I'll go again and say IMO (because most ppl here state their opinion as a fact, as if they talk in OTM's name), classes are far from balanced on both PvE and PvP, and rogues being top dps is far from being a given, i would like to see someone saying how given that is in u3 or maybe if in u5 they'll get nerfed/all other 4 will get improved in a lvl where a rogue will be underpowered, or maybe then rangers being top dps (an example) will be a given?

Who has the money to haste on every single boss? Why are we dragging the haste discussion into this?

Pretty obvious that rangers are broken.

Ranger skills are broken, there isn't a doubt about that.

Ranger autos? I think they're fine.

Autos are fine due to rangers willing to put 1k+ points into str. Rogue and even warriors can match or even exceed the ranger autos

We never complained about that before. We started to when u mentioned class roles and rangers being support in one of ur posts.-. We only complain about our skills mainly, which I'm pretty sure everyone knows are broken
