1hr = 60 mins 15k divided by 4 is 3750 per i15 mins however ur 15 min price is only 3k prices should get better as they order more time not worse.
for example 3500 for 15, 6500 for 30 and 12k (or if ur set on 1 hr being 15k then ) 4500, 8k, 15k. your supposed to encourage them to spend more time.
