So we all know warrior tanks are just hard to beat in pvp, there can be weaknesses of a warrior that I have noticed, such as facing hybrid warriors, these put out a lot of dmg, as well as have a balanced amount of health. That is why, after many weeks of research on which I like, with balanced typical warrior gear, there is a build that may refer as hybrid, but utilizes a shield and axe, this build can be complicated when dealing with stat points, also any suggestions are awesome:
Strength, this will be your main and most valued set, but however you can overdo this stat set, many people do that, which is why it is advised to utilize many strength boosts, try to keep strength at a minimum of 50 and max of 100, as axe will add the needed strength for a great amount of damage.
Dexterity, this can be used if you want to have a high defense, and hit a lot, but warriors have many skills and have minimum time to auto attack, so it is best to regulate this at a max of 10.
Focus, this may save your life when you battle another warrior with a similar amount of health. Of course the one with more focus will win. Regulate 30-75 focus.
Vitality, as well as focus may be the difference between life and death, you want to put the leftover points into here, which benefits majorly.
Now, on to the role of this build, you want to start off with a shield, take off the heavy blows, and when their skills are regenerating, pull out the secret axe to catch them off guard and kill them, but what skills? Now the skills.
Note- these are in the order you will use them, so read carefully.
Shatter- Takes off enemy armor, may be ineffective against warriors, and may only seem to remove the armor bonus of protective stance.
Rupture- the reason you deploy this second is the dot (damage over time) which if 25/25 or 30/30, it can do up to 3000-3500 damage in 15 seconds, very diminishing.
Giant swing- This skill needs maxing, as well as the others above, this drains the enemies health quite abundantly.
Double attack- this skill will not require shatter for the rest, due to the fact that is regens very fast.
The following are your shield skills,
Shield wall- try to get more rings for the skill than actually leveling the skill itself.
That's all, any suggestions are great, also for gear, you want strength gear that buffs strength, and optional is protective stance, this shaves points off the damage you take. Good luck all PvP warriors!
Re: Ongoing Shield Vs. Axe.
#2Full vit, rupture shatter double pro stance and shield bash...
Bash after the other warrior shatters, then switch to offhand axe cast shatter dbl rup and continue autoing._.

Just as a friend of a friend is my friend, a friend of my enemy is my enemy.
Re: Ongoing Shield Vs. Axe.
#3Yes, I see what you are saying, see, I tested both sides of the warrior, I use the build you are talking about for bosses, but to do this you must bring focus, because even with regens, the warrior may run out, shield bash and wall require a lot of energy.

Re: Ongoing Shield Vs. Axe.
#4As a warrior I have found the most effective pvp build to be...
Full Vit-Try and use tank like gear. If you have Comrak/Garanak bladeleaf set is the best for the damage and vitality add.
Skills- Shatter, Rupture, Double attack, Protective stance, Shield bash, Shield wall.
When you start the duel, begin with your shield so you can have the head start in damage dealing.
When you have used all damage skills, switch to shield for shield wall. Repeat.
