If you purchased platinum in game, you should immediately receive it. If you did not, check your email to make sure you got the receipt for the purchase. It is likely there was a problem with your payment method. If you have the receipt and still have not gotten your platinum, forward the email with the receipt to [email protected] with the subject "Did not receive platinum after purchase". Include any necessary information in the body of the email, and they will add the platinum to your account.

I have already checked my email there is no receipt yet the money came out of my account and i still haven't gotten the platinum

If you haven't gotten a receipt then you need to contact Apple, as it was a problem with the purchasing method, not the purchase.

Ok i contacted their support. Do you know if they can fu this problem will i still get it through x2?

You cant PM pictures. Send it via email to [email protected] and they will sort it out on Monday (they do not work on weekends).

Yes, you will still get 2x platinum.

Hi there

Everything is fully logged at every stage of a purchase so there is no danger of you losing your platinum. Sometimes however there is a delay, if you could please follow the steps in this link it should resolve your issue:

Please let us know how you get on with this.

None of them worked if you want actual proof then i can email you the receipts and purchase history because it's $200 on your game that i haven't received
