So OTM when do i get my platinum that i payed real money for? Or will your refund the $64.99 that came out of my account?

I have already checked my email there is no receipt yet the money came out of my account and i still haven't gotten the platinum

Ok i contacted their support. Do you know if they can fu this problem will i still get it through x2?

Wait i went through my purchase history and it came up i wonder why i never got anything in game or a receipt now i need to found out if i can send pictures via pm

You cant PM pictures. Send it via email to [email protected] and they will sort it out on Monday (they do not work on weekends).

Everything is fully logged at every stage of a purchase so there is no danger of you losing your platinum. Sometimes however there is a delay, if you could please follow the steps in this link it should resolve your issue:

None of them worked if you want actual proof then i can email you the receipts and purchase history because it's $200 on your game that i haven't received
