#1I have recently taken a relatively long brake from ch and when I got back, my account got banned. I sent a mail to appeals many days ago and haven't gotten a response. Pls respond!!!!

#2Hi, Appeals usually do take a little longer to respond to. This is due to having to investigate the reasons for being disabled of each player's character before responding. Please be patient and you will get a response soon
