I recently accidentally purchased 330 plat instead of 1600. I need to redeem this purchase to buy the 1600 plat but dont know how. The 330 plat is still on my account

I think you may be out of luck on this one. As it clearly says in the TOS:

COMPANY cannot and does not offer any refunds of virtual goods or currency bought in-game or through iTunes with “real” money.

I am not sure if your case could be different. I would wait until Monday to get things sorted out with a Support Team member at OTM.

If you do that, you end up paying way more than if you had originally purchased the larger amount.
