+1i see nothing wrong with exclusions for those who do not follow our established modes of conduct - who purposely interfere with the enjoyment of others - whether by scamming, abusive language, or killing you after you have waited for hours for killain.
the route of using block and support is not satisfactory - so as a community, i think it is ok to come up with other potential solutions. Temporary banning seems a natural solution. if they wont conform to our norms in some of our cooperative aspects of play (like waiting patiently in line for killain and respecting the order) then i see no reason to include them in other cooperative aspects of our game.
of course, once the bad behavior stops (which, for some things, is not too hard to determine), they are welcome back.
OTM has given us a framework of the possible. we get to decide how we choose to use it.
