Does anyone else has this bug: everyone wears starter armour even 190 but they dont wen u double tap..

This is not a bug, You have selected the option, "default characters" from the main menu, please deselect and try again.

As mentioned above, some devices will by default have the 'Default Characters' option enabled.

This is to reduce memory usage on those devices that have a shortage of RAM. You can turn this off but you may experience performance issues.
