Otms one of the few devs that listen to their customers and actually communicate with them. Many other devs fail to do this. Also Admin already apologized for the lack of communication about the servers being down due to a glitch that required fixing.

Well considering They were WORKING ALL DAY AND ARE POSSIBLY TIRED and trying to get everything right So players can have the best experience....cut them some slack

you do know my dad works with people from India and is almost always up in 2-5 in the morning fixing things on his software in work or even longer? Its called a job, enough people already quit this game and them releasing an entire engine new update with this many bugs is not acceptable.

Think u can do any better? Well then think again. U obviously don't realize how hard otm is working. They aren't obligated to work this long. Yet They are So that players like YOU can have a good experience in the game

You're right, probabLy couldn't do better... Why? Because we didn't get the education for it and it's not our job. It IS their job and seriously releasing something like this isn't acceptable. It almost felt like beta because there were so many bugs. They have extended patch time and there are still same bugs from beta even. We may not be able to do a better job but for how 'qualified' they are and the fact it is their job it seems they should be putting out better quality content

The nature of this update was a large one, as not only were we changing and migrating everything to the new engine, we were also releasing Yule.

As such we did experience some teething problems, but most of these have been fixed.
