I have got a problem,
this day I updated Celtic Heroes but as I started it I had to sign in again but I forgot my password because I used the "remember" function. I didn't register my email too. What can I do to get a new password? I spend a lot of money on this account and I played it very long too and reached a high Level. It would be bad if this would be over only because of the update.

which Details do i have to give them?

If you let them know:

- account username
- character names and servers
- details regarding characters - levels, equipment, quests
- when you last logged in
- when you created your account

Onformation like that should assist them in helping you out.

Now everything is like before. They have sent me a new password and i was able to log in and register my email address. Now I have a new password and everything is great.

Could you contact our Support Team at [email protected] with:

- account username
- character names and servers
- details regarding characters - levels, equipment, quests
- when you last logged in
- when you created your account

And they will be able to assist you in your account recovery.
