Hi so I've heard talk of there having been a mage buff along with the new engine. Supposedly energy shield was buffed and cooldown slightly reduced, damage skills also hitting harder. Is this true OTM? Patch notes?

Heroic wisdom lix....8 minutes against ragnor with my wings and not a single ability point raised

Ipad 2 iOS 7.0.4 16gb

Issues:

Only the native keyboard works. Game provided keyboard does not work.
Massive keyboard glitching. Sticky typing. Unable to select or highlight words and unable to copy and paste.
Keyboard hard to scroll up and down
Hard to whisper shout reply and chat to clan without manualy selecting the chat you wish to enter
Can not see any chats while viewing items in any store or speaking to any NPC
Likewise, can not speak or chat while interacting with an NPC
On log-in screen, typing username and password blindly. Keyboard does not properly function and you cant see what you're typing.
Keyboard and in-game chat features need total reworking

Mailbox ultra laggy and slow
Items hard to drag and drop both in mailbox and in trade
Total lag all the way around
Crashing and disconnecting
Players are invisible for the first 30 seconds after logging in
After viewing items at a shop, you become "busy" and must re log in order to group trade duel accept clan invitations etc.
Players you are grouped with are un-examineable even though youre within a decent range (they are shaded rather than bright green, and health bars showing).

Shadowstrike has delay
Most skills have delay
Can not select two skills and have them cast in sequence, only can select one skill and must wait for it to finish casting before you can select another skill.
Poison weapon and natures touch sound effects removed.... Seriously?
Attack and run speed appears the same as default whilst on elixir, however the boost is still applied

Changing weapons and equip is ultra laggy
Getting on and off mounts has delay
Weapons with glowing effects seem to be less-glowy
Some sparkling fashion doesnt sparkle

Description on new idols and old idols are the same (plat shop description needs to be edited)
Can not get rid of mini description on elixirs which displays the time remaining, unless you actually tap on the description (naturally thinking, tapping anywhere else doesnt close it)

Iphone 6, 8.1.1

Can't log in at all, make it to the very first screen where it says, "Touch Screen To Play". Its comes up Connecting with the little loading thing then after about 10-15 seconds the window pops up saying, "Cannot Connect To Server, Please try again later". I have tried it with both a wifi connection and LTE.

Hi Adam, have you tried reinstalling the app? Is your Wifi connection using the same provider as your LTE connection? This sounds like it could also be related to the networking update.

Yes, I have reinstalled the app twice after the initial update. No they are different providers.

Ipod 4th gen.
ios 6.1.6
Restarted the device. clicked on CH app. put in acc info and selected my toon. Loads for a good 30-45 secs. Then the app crashes. Tried multiple times and the same result. Please fix this lag issue asap.

Ipadair2 ios8.1.1. Cannot do trade. Kept telling me player currently busy. Need to relog, sometimes, few times to resolve issue,

H3 do u lag a lot??? I run a iPad 2 and its works perfectly I may be able to help

16gig iPad Mini, iOS 8.0; game runs smoothly with little to no lag; crashed yesterday occasionally upon chatting. (Doesn't crash anymore). Players are always invisible upon fast-travelling to castle. They come up slowly and one at a time. Also, able to run at same performance with or without apps open in dashboard. So far, few problems running on my part. c:

I have an iPod touch 5th generation and it work well, untill we are doing a boss or when there is a lot (4-6) of player near, the game is laggy, and it's hard to play, will you try to Fix those lag issue?

Hi LordJoystix we will look into this, we will try and sort out lag issues on all devices.
