Please help! I can't remember what my username or password is, so I'm unable to log in or reset my password. It's been a few months since I last played.

I have a level 90+ character named Galaxi on the Morrigan server.

Send an email to [email protected]. When you email try if you can to remember a description (account details) of items you have on your character (such as gear, mounts, weapons etc) or in Bank. They will look into it.

Same with me just deleted and reinstalled app but am confused on username. Is it the character name, account name or something else? Because I am trying to regain password via forgotten password. Any help would be appreaicated.

Shouldn't take long did you send 1 email to [email protected]? They will be able to reset your password. If you sent out for help on a Friday they don't work the weekends. Should be soon, how long has it been?

@Galaxi they will get to it. They been very busy working on any kinks in this New Engine that launched 2 days ago. Just make sure you don't send multiple tickets on same issue it takes even longer to look over. I know you're excited to play soon.
