for your sake id recommend you look into builds that are in the sticky guide but feel free to explore and see what you like best.
What your going to get by continuing doing this is unwanted negative attention. not trying to be rude just trying to make you aware.

The idea of an assassin build is quick, instant, and damaging.
For the reason the fastest skills would be needed,
Quickstrike instant cast
Shadowstrike instant cast
Riposte instant cast
Rend pretty quick cast
All these maxed with spare points in any other skill you choose.
Str 300 rest split between dex and vit as you require, sneaky is too slow but you can ss into an archer and hit sneak to cast it (got to be quick though and not new engine tested)

Double attack only best really with spear and at higher level, lifesteal is good for survivability,

There is no perfect build for all only a perfect build that suits you, and I would save for ss it's the best skill a rogue has, assassinate is more an endgame skill imo

You get out for what effort you put in, there's only one way to do it without plat, grind gold hard, save up and buy lux,
Buy your lux at its lowest possible price, resell for same price when you upgrade it adding more gold what you've made on top, keep this process going, piece by piece.

Best financial saving build is qs ss riposte and lifesteal with all spare points in fast reflexes.
High defence means you evade more autos,
Lifesteal helps you heal yourself whilst also damaging oponent, (both save restos/rez)

Just to add for every 5 points you have
1 str
2 dex
2 vit
