Hello, recently before the update I have done the plat offers,game of war,which requires you to be lvl 5 before giving you 120 plat and I received the plat, but after this update when I checked my stats, the plat is no longer there. I cannot get a screenshot of this as I wasn't aware of this bug and the update, this thinking that it would be normal and my plat wouldn't glitch out. I really hope the support can restore my plat as I have already done the offer and would hate to see that nothing is done about this. Thanks

Abusing glitches/bugs/etc that you know are not normal behaviour in terms of Native X is a ban-able offence and against Celtic Heroes policies.

The reply is wholly irrevalant to whatever I posted and this leads me to think that either community hadn't fully comprehended whatever i posted or did not even take the time to read through it carefully.
As you can see, i have not mentioned about my account being disabled nor have i mentioned that i have abused the platinum glitch.
I don't know if you guys can understand or not, but let me make it clearer than it already is:

Hello, I have done the offer from Nativex,where you need to download game of war and reach level 5 stronghold to receive 120 plat on Celtic Heroes. I have done this offer successfully and received 120 plat on my account prior to the update. Then,astonishingly, the update started a few mins later and i wasn't aware of it as i logged in after the update was announced. I thought all had gone well and my plat would still be there after update and it was no abnormality so i didn't take a screenshot of it(who does?). After the update, i checked into my account only to realise in utter disbelief that i didnt have the 120 plat anymore, and noticed that Nativex wasn't available too. Might it been the removal of Nativex or the disappearance of Nativex which led to my sudden disappearance of 120 plat that i got prior to the update as well? I have already sent an in-game support ticket and hoping feverishly that they can investigate thoroughly and restore my plat even though it isn't much(But every player is treated equally right?) Thanks

#5This is off topic but on topic. I was one of the disabled. Yeh I know everyone is complaining about but with good reason. I havnt gotten a response since the update and I have sent an email a day. I want account back, everyone wants their account back but I'm getting pissed. CAN ANYONE GIVE ME ANY UPDATE WHAT SO EVER ON THIS ISSUE!!?!?!? I havnt heard anything helpful only "email appeals if you have any problems" I get it but I want to know where my account is and if I'm getting it back. I'm not starting over. I had so much stuff it'd be a shame if I lost it!!!!! Please get back to me because no one has!

#6^^the reason it takes so long is people send emails every dang day and spam OTM's mailbox. It's a lot easier to read through 100 emails than 9284

#8Thank you for responding but what I really would like to know is wether or not my account is going to be enabled or not. Also wether or not my things will be returned? That's all I want to know. I'm sure you have answered others so all I need is the answer that you have given them. Thanks
