Ok so i have a iPod 4th gen and iPhone 3GS and haven't been able to log on i kno others have had same problems. Have been looking around on the Internet to figure out something dont really know what tbh but just ne thing to get back to ch.. Was wondern if ram had ne thing to do with the not letting me log on.. I have whipped both devices and reset them i have a ram app on my phone but doesn't clean up ram only shows usage..
1. Is there ne thing i can do on my end to help?
2. On average how much does the new engine use as far as ram.
3. Is there a free app i can download to free up ram and would it help?
4. I kno u guys r hard at work with the fixes and it is greatly appericated ne idea of the time frame on when iPod 4 users will be able to play ch again?

Hey tru. Try plugging your device to your computer, open up iTunes and hit restore. Restore from a previous backup if you want to, else create a new start. Then install CH as the only app. Log into your account and on the character select screen tap the settings/options icon, stuck character, reset. Then try logging in a few times.
That's how I managed to log in on my iPad 1... Let's see how it works for you

2. It depends on the device and settings
3. Not particularly for ios. Be sure to double tap the home button and make sure all apps are removed from that menu then start CH.

Right on raa gonna try it tmrw when i get to a pc and see if it helps if not we will c what comes first me buying a new device or otm fixing the issue lol .. No disrespect to otm on that either , didnt mean for it to sound that wag if i did im just to the point of u can only polish a turd so much before it smears and guess what it's still a turd(ipod4) ..
