Well I went to the offer page and tried earning free plat yesterday but suddenly a server reset happen and the next time I try to log into my acc it says ur acc is disabled. Wtf?

If your account is banned or blocked, you can send the username, any character names and registered email addresses with the account by email to [email protected] and they will be able to help you.

Well how long does it take to activate cuz I have send the mail 1 weeks+ Ago and I got no reply from them
