I have sent 2 emails 1 about 2 weeks ago and other email was a day after that.

they come in the form of an email if your account is going to be permanent banned or it is ready to go

Yes it'll be by email but it will say give them more info then they never get back to u. No one has heard about their accounts yet because OTM hasnt done anything
