I did a support ticket for a Plat issue I have and I have yet to be contacted. I also contacted Apple Support but yet no response.
Whats the typical response time?
I am a patient man but at the same time if it involves my money thats a different story...

Well its been 3 and half days... Still no plat and still 100$ short. Apple Support has yet to contact me and nor have you guys.
