Plat issue

So I purchased $50 worth of plat and have not recieved it i don't know if it's a glitch or something. I would just like my plat it's been 2 days now or if anyone could help me if there is any other option from the ones on the website to fix this problem or do I have to wait for support to fix it?

Hi there

Everything is logged on the servers at every step of the purchase process so you are not in danger of losing your platinum.

However sometimes delays can happen between your device and the Apple server confirming the purchase, these are most often internet related delays.

There are a few things you can try:

First stop is to have a look at this support page and follow the steps outlined: http://celtic-heroes.com/support/suppor ... um-issues/

Make sure you are playing on the same device and log into the same account as you purchased the platinum on.

Try a different connection (e.g. if you are currently on wifi try 3G, or try a wifi connection in another place.

As mentioned above there's no danger of actually losing the platinum but it helps to try and nudge things along if there have been delays verifying the purchase with the above steps.

I would highly suggest contacting Apple support they had my platinum issue resolved within 3 to 4 days unlike OTM where they didn't even respond back to me and it was already a week later. So in all honesty that's what I would suggest you do because the person who posted above are suggestions I did and still yet it was not resolved. So I hope you have better luck than I did in dealing with the platinum issue.

I have also just had this happen to me. I had recieved iTunes apple as gift and purchased the 50 dollars worth of plat on 12/25/14. After doing so I recieved no plat .. So I sent a support ticket and no reply. So later on in the night I tried all these suggestions and even contacted Apple to get my reciept to make sure that the game recieved my money from Apple. All in all day 3 and no reply :/ ..can anyone point me in the right direction to get this matter resolved? Thank you for your time!
