If youre new new. Its been a lon while, but i memory serves you get a quest from a guy in farcrag castle. He is by sewers entrance and his name is like piranus the mad or somethig. He is a crazy apparently. Anyways he gives a quest to kill these dudes and it opens a portal to 'ow'. Lvl 60 req i think. Well, 60 overall. I think you can start it at 45 or something. Probably should look into things before i flap my trap about it. But i know some of the info is close enough to get you started off

I forgot. And 'scavenger' is this guy that looks like a boogie man who sells lux or 'luxury items' in otherworld. Vendors tend to give different prices on items you try to sell so when you do sell its best to go to particular ones in order to get the most bang for your buck. Or coin in this case. He is near the portal entrance.
