I believe you have overused the word entitlement like so many others now. It's not that I feel entitled to free things from OTM, you missed the point entirely. The point is that many long time players are leaving CH due to the lack of new content for well over a year and major problems with this shiny new engine that was supposed to bring so much more to us (and that was after waiting til they rolled out android,etc.) So, my suggestion to offer something a bit more for all the delays and current headaches was for OTM to throw the players more of a "We are sorry" gesture than they have. To view my point as one of thinking I am entitled to free things is really simplistic and error-ridden. In the past OTM understood more and gave players a percentage of the plat they bought as a thank you for sticking with them through massive update delays. I didn't suggest this because ik it is inappropriate at this point, but they need to do more than tossing a pot at our feet, if they want to avoid more players dropping off to other games.

Making players login every day to collect a prize is a sign that a game has deteriorated. If a game is good these gimmicks are not necessary, and players will still login every day.

To be fair, this is an event thing and is temporary, but i think everyone wouldve been happier with a simple gift like maybe a couple of ice chests on the 25th.

And possibly lower there revenue this year? I think not way to greedy for that

I don't understand the entitlement in this thread. I haven't gotten anything good so I just quit going to the special offers link.

I've never gotten anything free from gaming companies I buy from, fast food places I eat from, home renovation places, etc. Sports illustrated sent me a thank you christmas gift one time thay was pretty lame. I guess I should have gotten upset and ranted about it

I get free perks from companies I spend my money with all the time. Free miles for flying, free points for spending, cash back bonuses, etc. To be honest, I tend to spend less with companies who don't reward the loyal paying customers versus those who do.

That being said, I am not ranting asking for anything from OTM and they really have no competition, so why should they bother. If there was a better mobile MMO out there we would most likely be playing it already.
