I mailed to [email protected] and i haven't gotten an email back for about 3 weeks now any help?

Well, other Support on forums say that you should only mail ones but sure.

With 3 weeks without reply, it's better you mail them again.

Try 3 months. And still haven't heard a damn thing back from them.

I usually wait their requested 1 month unless it's something you definitely can't go without, but yes try re-writing support tickets if you feel it's been sometime-- although you should probably wait for the time being as they are VERY VERY filled up with support tickets that were on the back burners during the holidays, hope that helps!
