No fellas. Only 13 right now. Maxed Protective Stance and that helped a lot. And Crim i don't see why back ext is not good? You can only carry 10 items and I can't fast travel with more than 10 items. But I'll try the chests I guess. And never gold? Gasp. I'm poor lol. But really enjoying it and love the snow set. Lir's Reach looks pretty sick.
The way platinum packages are scaled in CH, I would recommend going all or nothing. Maybe continue playing and leveling a bit more, and then see if you still want to drop $50-$100 for 1600 or 4000 plat. Purchases below $50 are not worthwhile; it is better to save and buy big. (Or don't buy at all)

You can buy backpack/bank expansions for dirt cheap prices (less than 1k gold per set of 25 or 50) from other players. Arguably the worst prize from event chests, there are too many of them floating around on servers.

Sigil boxes are not worth buying for plat. You can get them for about 5k gold per box of 5 sigils. Many end game players have hundreds/thousands of them. You won't need to worry about regen for a while as long as you have a heroic ammy of rejuv.

Chests should sell for 15k-20k gold each depending on your server. Selling chests for gold and then buying the specific items you need is the smartest move.

And most importantly, because you are a new player, people may try to exploit you by offering completely worthless items that you have not seen before but look interesting: quest items, random pickups, boss drops, old fashion. To avoid getting ripped off, make sure you insist on taking gold only.

I did the math and if u buy 4k plat and buy chest and take 20k per u will get 1.6 mill
with that i would buy hero ammy 150k hero gloves and boots for 100k each that's 350k then i would buy like 17-18 (8k each) combos and lvl having 1.1million left for good spending like

buying sigil crates ,expansions ,skills , more lux for higher levels and more combos

^Thats pretty much the reason for buying chests, they're easily sold and for quite a lot (depending on world, but average is prob 15k)

*just* Uh that's pretty luxed out :P. I didn't use hastes til like 120+ or higher I believe. Sweeping blow sucks especially. Shield bash is useless for leveling besides troll soloing.
