Damn, I thought Taranis is small and not very populated, that server seems huge now.

As one of Pride's leader I can only say that some members did take Regen post as a condescending comment. I have no interest in attacking Regen or Aeon .

The reason Taranis server has made it to this position is due to a long term relationship between all clans. Taranis server for one reason or another was blessed with a mature audience that put their heads together irrelevant of clan they belong to , and agreed to fundemental server rules ( in many ways replicating a real life government) . These rules allowed majority of clans to grow with some minor negatives such as smaller economy in comparison to other servers.

Even before aeon merger , there were times where the top 3 clans worked together on several bosses. At multiples times during our server history we attempted end boss battles together to better understand our enemy and develop tactics accordingly. Even when we failed we all learnt and continued to develop . These clans did not happen overnight , it's been 3 to 4 years in the making.

I have many friends on this server , I would just ask that when a wonderful post is made ,such as this that we avoid languange regarding competitors as that is what leads to aggressive posts shortly after.

Someone posted why would you do Necro when drops are not that great. Well several reasons , it is extremely sastifying. To get that many people together , it truly represents the purest clan boss kill, where players of all levels can play a part. You do not need 20 druids above lvl 190 . We have 4 druids at last count , maybe 5. It's about how you organise your groups. Plus the Necro drops help lower lvl members and as such the clan continues to get stronger . This is completely ignoring that Necro weapons are fairly tasty and we have also enjoyed some of their godly rings .

There will be rivalry between the two clans , I am sure Aeons leaders will agree with me that this rivalry pushes both clans to be better and that we still work everyday to have harmony on our server. I know equilibrium wishes to change the landscape and that is their choice .

Once again congratulations Aeon and Pride on what is a true representation of Taranis inner power .

Just like to add on what Ying said despite what this topic has made our world look bad while being in the spotlight. As a matter of fact this is probably the most peaceful world in the entire game. Both of the top clans (Aeon and Pride) have a rotation of killing Mordris, Hrungnir, Aggragoth and before that theILLUMINATI were also part of the rotation prior to merge.

There has been a long history of these clans working together in order to take down end game bosses. In U3 Pride and illum worked together to take down Agg, in U4 Pillars and pride also worked together to take down mordy.

As for Pride members i dont think the post was intentional jab and for which i think should be edited. I think the intended meaning was for after the new engine update as there have been numerous threads about the succession rate of killing necro after update.

As for those wondering who Equilibrium are they are mainly composed of ex-members from either Pride or Aeon who have been removed for causing drama (which we hate in Taranis)

So lets get back to making this a positive thread congrats to Pride for also killing necor after the update!
And for anyone who wishes to come to Taranis we are definitely not a small world but because we have 2 top clans unlike most servers who have a top clan and a clan that is their rival we never get placed in the spotlight for "First world to kill ____" or "This clan did ____ to ____".

I wouldn't underestimate the challenges of a merger that large. Multiple personalities , people feeling they have lost out .been involved in a few acquisitions I can honestly say there are many headaches and a merger that size is not one I would envy.

One could argue on wether it was indeed the second and third strongest clan on server as I recall pillars were extremely close in high lvl numbers to pride ,Hence why they were the only clan alongside pride within Taranis that could solo 6 star 200 solely using their own members. This is off course no disrespect to illuminati who were also strong but lacked some of the numbers pillars could produce.

This board should not be used to criticise each other . We could do that on Taranis board where no one goes lol .
