Since Tea has failed to set up a Warrior Guide, I'll just set up a short guide to introduce the new skills.
New Skills
Warcry
Its a skills that pulls aggro from all nearby enemies to you. Most useful in Boss fights when Druids get pestered by surrounding mobs and no DPS is there to kill it. Probably not so go when you are going solo, unless you can survive against multiple enemies.
Sweeping Blow
Its kinda like Giant swing, though less powerful, that hits all surrounding enemies.
Changed Old Skills
Shield Bash
This is an awesome skill now. It's Vitality based and actually stuns the enemy for 5 seconds. Its pretty useful in PvP to interrupt a spell or just get a few seconds to back off/heal/hit.
Re: Warrior Skills in Update
#3No there is another skill called Enduring Guard, but because XELLOUS is so obsessed with thinking about what a Beta Druid is or isn't doing for Warriors..she musta forgot it completely.
So tell us XELLOUS, what does Enduring Guard do?![Laughing :lol:](./images/smilies/icon_lol.gif)

Re: Warrior Skills in Update
#5All the warrior abilities are now really delineated between Tank Abilities and DPS abilities
And the Tank Abilities all run off of Vitality
And the DPS abilities all run off of STR
Enduring Guard is the only ability in the game that raises the Tanks physical skill resistance.
Meaning that as you do the ton of new quests to get your abilities like Warding, Evasion, Vigour, Willpower and Fortitude you slowly raise you ability in them. And when you go to your abilities screen you can see the 1/900 or whatever in each skill. But each ability gives you an actual score in another type of 5 resistances
Warding = Spell DMG Resistance
Fortitude= Physical Skill Resistance
Vigour= Wounding Skill Resistance
Etc etc etc
The most useful are Warding and Fortitude, Warding shuts down all Dmging spells like lightning, ice shards, FireBolt, Storm's Touch, Firestorm, and mob spells of ThunderClap, Storm's Wrath etc..
Fortitude protects against all physical skills, rockbelly, and the slew of non caster bosses.
Enduring Guard raises the Tank's Physical Resistance...and by a TON and it's amped up by Vitality so on like PvP vs Warriors, Rangers and Rogue's it raises the Tank's ability to block all skills, but against bosses it's the same thing. And it raises the ability to shrug off Mighty Blow, Giant Swing, Beatdown, Pummel, SharpShot, etc...
It may not be a great begining tank move, but for tanks seriously interested in fighting the toughest bosses, it allows you a solid chance at dodging their skills, thus helping your healers heal you.

Re: Warrior Skills in Update
#7Is taunt still the same and works warcry like it?
So will a taunt lvl 1 also work on lvl 100 mobs?
OR is it changed into taunt lvl 1 - mobs lvl 1-5, taunt lvl 2 - mobs lvl 1-10 etc etc ?
Whats with warcry?
Has this blow spell a larger cooldown then giant swing ?
If the cooldown is to large it wont make much sense to use it i guess, scince i wont be really able to fight 2 or more mobs at one time if the cooldown is larger then 10 sec.
thx
