If he wants a dps he will make a rogue (eventually ranger..), not a druid.
Bodkin of spirits is not the best, there is focus of rej and crown shield of spirits also.

Eagle Chieftain is the best lux helm for druids (24 armor, idk weight, 20 def/atk, 40 health/energy).
What will a druid do with 10 pierce dmg, 40 attack, 5 armour and like -15 energy?! Nothing!

If you use your item for other accounts I would suggest replacing the golden focus with a golden bodkin of spirits.
