Alright, so I put $25 on iTunes right after Christmas.. It gets better, I spent $20 on 330 platinum, and had to answer security questions because I hadn't set up my new 5th gen iPod because I had to get one to further my experience on Celtic Heroes.. After I finally answered my security questions I got a pop up that said "Do you still want to purchase 330 platinum?" Or whater it says, I said yes, never got 330 platinum. I thought it was just a bit buggy, so I put in the other $5 and actually got the 60 platinum. I talked to support and they said there is no history of my buying plat.. But when I look at my iTunes account the full $25 was spent, but I only had $5 worth of platinum to show for it.. So I assumed it was just a but, a one time thing. I bought $25 iTunes apple tonight, put it on my account with an old $10 apple I found. I tried spending $20, the game put me on the home CH screen and said Do you want to confirm this purchase? I said yes. Logged back onto EchoOfsilence in Sulis and you wouldn't believe what wasn't there. My platinum or my money on iTunes.. Can someone seriously take into note that I'm on the verge of holding aside money to give to people to fulfil their drug habits rather than putting another dime onto Celtic Heroes..? If I did someone would at least get joy out of me throwing money away.

Check your iTunes purchases, and screen shot them for OTM support to look at. Then email it to them, that is faster than a forum post.

I know this response is REALLY late but how do I look at my purchase history?

Just Google "cheking iTunes purchase history"

I saw issues like that before. But all platinum stored safely on the servers and you will have it soon. Wish you luck.
