There are five skill evasion types that all need to be trained. The question that peopel have most often is "where do I train them?" This is a very good question because some mobs train certain abilities only, and some do it better than others. Based off of my experience, and the experience of others, here is a list of locations that are good for training your abilities. Remember to bring your ability elixirs!

1. Fortitude
Connacht Blademaster Captains (Shalemont by Walter Notchspire bridge)
Bloodgrove Rootwreckers (Stonevale around rock before Falgren's area)
golems (OW)
blackstones (OW)
trees (OW)
kelpies (OW)
eyes (OW)
frosthammers (lirs reach; near rockbelly)

2. Vigour
unicorns (Stonevale)
druids (Stonevale)
Spiders - Poison (Carrowmore)
Kelpies - Deluge (OW)
Stonefang

3. Warding
shalemont mages (near shalemont river)
shalemont mages (on hill leading to issian firecry on the western side of the map)
fairy loredancers (Stonevale)
druids (Stonevale)
eyes (OW)
Spirit armor bosses in Lirs Reach

4. Willpower
blue eyes (OW)
Phantoms
Dragon bosses (Aggragoth, Mordris, etc..)

5. Reflex
Connacht bowmen (shalemont near ironspikes old camp)
druids (Stonevale)
blackstone bowmen (over the bridge near fortress outskirts in OW)
Otherworld Ghosts (by Scion ofthe Lost)
Red Spiders (Carrowmore Tunnels)
Trees (OW)

As for fastest wand the vendor on the bridge in lirs when you start a new character has a fairly fast wand...

As for novelty the fastest ones I've seen are the old novelty wands but basically anything below 3k attack speed is golden,

I trained all but fortitude on stonevale druids, near falgren, they do little damage and cover all abilities except fortitude, grab a few bloodgrove masters to get, warding, vigour, willpower and reflex. The fellbrothers give vigour, the druids only give warding, the branch twisters give, warding, willpower and reflex.

If you want to train fortitude, honestly i think you train it enough leveling from 160-190. The constant treks from ley to mordy pit also provide good fort training otherwise round up a few golems in otw and start training.

Afaik, the fastest wand is wand of hallows, or yulestave, they both are quite quick. As for novelty the sleds are actually the faster of the mounts, but you might be able to find a few instruments that come close.

Hope that helped.
