There is no one answer. the amount of energy returned isn't set per skill point. the formula to calculate for a level 50 energy harvest is:
Level 50 Energy Harvest Energy Stolen = 16.908*sqrt(Focus) + 4.7469*sqrt(Nature Magic) + 132.4

However i can tell you how much energy will be required to cast: 48 energy is required to cast at level 20.
