Why is this moron no banned from CH for his racist sh*t comments?

I know ppl have gotten bans for many comments like this i myself have revived a warning for laughing at one and making a comment that joking about one in game the other person who made the comments got temp ban. Was wrong to joke and I have learned since then. But apparently only certain ppl get bans for remarks like this would be nice to see goots get a one month ban just like the last person I saw make pretty much the same coment only diffrence is he was being provoked by a troll in arena doesn't make it right but shows goots actually means these things when said without provocation

You are obviously effected by his actions or you wouldn't have a post in general discussion trying to ban him an with a screen shot. Smally though lol just got that, kinda funny

He was saying he was trying to effect smelly and cause him to rage at him probably in hopes to report him or have others do it. Also trust me it disn't effect smelly personally, he just wants this tool out of our lives to make the server a better place. He's been kicked from every clan on our server practically, except res, and has a clan tag 'solo fighter' implying he's alone and is only playing to annoy others and be a jerk. Before solo fighter his clan tag was 'trollres' people like this should not be allowed to play a game. Simple as that
