JUST A QUESTION. Answer me if u can but is rapid shot even relevent if u have a haste ring?

Yes it is. Haste ring gives 30% att speed while Rapid gives 50%. So for the time Rapid is active u get 20% more att speed. Which is 2 more hits per every 10 hits.

Rapid is one of those personal preference things. I would rather not spend 50 points on rapid to get 50 percent speed increase for 30 seconds (and that's with using 50 points to get 30 seconds worth of time) and time and then wait a min to use it again. If it had a shorter cool down I would be a fan of the skill.

Personally if you can afford it, I'd buy a bunch of heroic hastes.
