The good thing is that the dev team has implemented a system allowing for the OneThumb staff to ban and mute players. Even if they're not on every case in person, the fact that this is implemented will quiet people down. And, as always, you can always send your problems to support. More player moderation should be going on in and after update 3. Until then, buy some earmuffs and some pepperspray to block them out.

If you feell someone is breaking the rules or offending you just report them plain and simple let support team deal with it.
