Seems like Lugh has a good community but I see flaws in their worldwide rolling system. You can miss out on the best loot despite being an active player just because of bad luck.
This is flawed reasoning.

You have just as much luck (1/100 = 0.01%) to win the best loot or lose the best loot as anyone else rolling for it. So I could easily counter your statement and say you can get the best loot by being an active player if you win the roll.

This didnt really make sense to me maybe my brains just a little slow had a double math extension today of quadratics but legendzz point is that a active player can get a rare drop swiped by a non active just because the non active turned up to the boss fight, how did your percentage disprove that?

It didnt, what i would like to point out is the non-active player may have only been stopped getting their armour and drops because theyre busy with real life. This makes it difficult for drop distribution on other worlds for them. Whereas on lugh it doesnt matter if you are on 24/7 or just once on a weekend as long as you meet reqs you have equal chance as everyone else

We dice every drop with the players that attend the boss, if you are active the better your chances, however yes the flaw is you may not have lucky dice, but then again you might be very lucky.
This is flawed reasoning as well (gambler's fallacy).

Your chances to win a drop do not increase if you are more active. It remains 1/100 as every roll is statistically independent from any previous ones.

I'm trying to say that Legendzz is looking at it the pessimistic way. Yes, I could lose on an awesome drop, but I could also win an amazing drop with equal chances.

One issue I see is people rolling for pretty much every drop they qualify for. Unlike DKP, there is no consequence to rolling for every drop (even those you will never use), so your odds at winning a drop you actually would use are pretty low.

Kind of glad I didn't choose Lugh since lack of rivalry would just kill the game for me.

Like I said armo^ it's a video game, standing around and not winning(?) bosses sounds like crap lol, why play if you can win doing absolutely nothing? If I was on Lugh, after I got my dl, I would probably never log, except for raid bosses, because that's acceptable

Yea thats prob the main issue in this friendly but divided community in Lugh, cant keep track and it doesnt worth being an active player as it doesnt encourages that.

Drops by DKP, rolling and decision by leaders all have their flaws, but rolling is prob the worst. Im not a fan of DKP either, so I really enjoy the 3rd way of handling drops.

The funny thing is almost every single person who has ever said they enjoy rivalry in celtic heroes comes from the dominant cLan, ive even seen people saying they didnt enjoy rivalry then when they got to the top clan the view changes. The fact is when your in a weaker clan hasting or comboing for ever dl legit only to lose 80% of them anyway you DONT enjoy rivalry, you waste money for getting nothing its hard to get geared as the other clan is winning more dls getting better geared therefor winning even more.
Its so arrogant to say you enjoy rivalry when your in the top clan just throwing it in the face of minor clans, "oh yea rivalry is sick cause we win all the bosses either way" <- pretty much how it sounds
