Hello, my name is kiltron and I'm a lvl 60 druid on the server of Donn. I'm just wondering if the item “spoils of battle” is meant for anything like a quest or something. I've got about a hundred of these things and the vendors don't buy them.. anyways any advice would be great, thanks!

Yeah its a ~lvl 40 quest I believe in shalemont.
