Celtic Heroes

As already said don't max bolas and double shot, its a waste of valuable points best used else where. I do use sharpen weapon on a lower ranger i have on a second server and recommend it. Basic skills i feel work well for lower ranger are lh, rapid (i think its worth having) sharp and bolas or entangle. Steady aim is a good skill but not easily found by lower levels and if u get it would put extra point there.
