Not good at burst dps. I'll give ya that. On my server it's very often a ranger kill on endgame boss. Personally, I don't get the kills on bosses. I do in the arena. Pvp ranger is amazing. And someone mentioned it's an mmo, not to be played solo. You're right, but it's nice to solo some mini boss to get some good gold or drops to sell. The Rangers versatility is what makes it good. I really don't know what the fuss is all about. Rogue and mage stand no chance against me in pvp about 98% of the time. Very few can beat me. Overall. Ranger ftw

i agree that it seems currently the ranger the most disrespected class atm. Poorest dps of all classes unless u compare it with a tank but even they need only reskill. My 171 mage pulls agro over my 202 ranger. Few nub rangers to found on my server as well. Especially would be nice if they fixed so that u throw bolas with out shooting after it. Most of the time i want to throw bolas and get the hell out of Dodge but end up firing a few more times before i can disengage.

I TOTALLY AGREE so many times ive bolased and tried to get the **** out and I get nailed and eat dirt. And then I get yelled at by group to get the hell up .-. But I always get revenge by using druid dps to get the kill on 100 full over 4 rouges and a 197 tank :p
