Celtic Heroes

For a while I've not been receiving notifications telling me I have mail, I sent support a ticket but not got any help with this yet. I looked in options and I didn't have device notification checked, only email notifications which works fine. When I try to check the device notifications it doesn't tick so I looked for celtic heroes in my phones setting to see if I could turn on notifications from there but the games not listed. Any have any ideas what I could do? Ty

^ Ive deleted this game on several occasion since I've had the problem to make room on my device for other games but it still doesn't work. Maybe it's a problem with my phone? I still receive notifications for other apps so I can't see it being that but idk

Device notifications don't happen regularly if you're talking about getting mail by device notification i have never gotten on only be email and i have only ever received 2 notifications from the game so i don't think they come very often

I use to get mail notifications all the time when I was offline.. So what ur saying is it randomly decides to tell u that u got mail when ur offline?
