hello.
there has been an update to the game today and my iphone will not start an update neither from update all feature neither from update link in itunes.
posible trouble source could be that i change ip's (from work to home and back to work). a nother posible source could be insufficient memory space on my phone (im at 900 MB of free space now).

if i am to delete and re-instal the game from my phone is there a hazard of permanetly losing my character ?

Your characters are all saved on your actual account which are stored somewhere in internet land so if you deleted the game and login with that same username and password you will still have your characters

Yeah if your game isn't automatically updating then just delete it and reinstall. Of course make sure that you take not of your username and password before you do this incase you forget them.

Also, as Pixel said, your characters are stored on your account on the game's servers, deleting the app will not affect them at all.
